Yes, that’s right. Autumn, not fall. I haven’t been corrupted yet. Canadians have a big thing about their autumn. I mean, have a look at the flag. That’ll be a ‘turned’ maple leaf there. So I find it amusing to see the effort that they go to in order to clear up the mess that those leaves cause. All over the campus at the moment, wrapped up against the rain, teams of workers are blowing around, sweeping up, and raking fallen leaves, to take them off to the mulcher. And there are quite a few trees, and consequently a good few piles of leaves, around here. I guess it provides superb employment opportunities, but still, it seems a very disrespectful way of treating those national symbols that have fallen in the line of duty.
